[Paris 2010] July 3th: DVD, Signing session
I woke up at 6:00 and I was damn tired from the Versailles concert from the previous day. I hadn’t really slept because of the nerves. I went to the airport without having breakfast, said goodbye to my family and went to the boarding gate.
The plane arrived at 10:20 to the Orly airport and I had to go look for the Orly bus. I arrived to the Denfert-Rochereau station and started to look for the metro station. I asked a man and he helped me find one, but when I was there I realized tickets were not on sale there… Shit!! I had to look for another one and I started to get nervous, I wanted to arrive to the FNAC early because I had read that the previous day already 35 people were waiting to buy the DVD. I actually didn’t think I would be there on time. The way to the FNAC was hot and looooong and I was already sweating when I arrived there. I have to say I hate that mini metro always shaking with the open windows…

FNAC Champs Elysées : Buying the DVD
When I got there, everybody had left. I didn’t know what to do. “Have all the DVDs been sold?” I didn’t know. There were screens with the cover of the DVD and the track list everywhere. There were a lot of DVDs. I didn’t know what I was supposed to do so I texted Taku, a French mate who had been there and he told me to buy the DVD. So I took a DVD and went to pay. I asked the girl if the 150 first DVDs had been already sold and he looked at me as if I was an alien. So I thought, “maybe they were selling only 150 DVDs?” “Maybe you have to show your ticket with the time?” No idea. I went to pick the Japan Expo ticket and I went to the hostel.

Hostel
The smell was quite strange. Very old place. It took me ages to find the switch in the loo and the plug.
I was there trying to sleep for an hour, but it was too noisy. And then I was too hungry so I went to take a look. I picked my camera, my Dahlia & Eternal Melody II albums and the DVD.

Wasting time
I walked to Montmartre and went to the Sacré Cœur. When I was going upstairs, there were two strange guys with some papers making people stop. I was looking at the ground trying to ignore them but one of them touched something boys shouldn’t touch and I wanted to kill him. He was even smiling. That was so disgusting!! Screw you!
I ran away and went to the top and there was a B-boy crew so I sat there to watch their show. I love this kind of things so I watched it like 3 times xD There was also a guy making his show with a ball. The B-boy crew was quite funny, and I liked their show.

Waiting,waiting, waiting waiting…
I didn’t know what to do any more and I went to the FNAC again. It was 19:00, 2 hours before the signing session and there was already some people in the line. I tried to enter but the security man asked if I had an invitation. Invitation? WTF? The girl didn’t give me any invitation! I asked the man what to do but he just told me to ask a friend and I told him I was alone and he looked at me as if I was a lost puppy…
I thought “maybe there was someone else before and they left when all the invitations ran out”. So I thought I had lost my second chance to get an autograph from YOSHIKI. I didn’t know what to do now. “Should I go to the Hostel?” “Should I wait and see the signing session again?” I didn’t even know if they would let people who didn’t have an invitation enter the venue. I had nothing to do so I waited. I was there for an hour and I received an sms from Taku saying there were still 2 invitations and telling me to ask for it showing my ticket. I went to the security man to ask where I had to go but again he just told me he wasn’t going to let me in if I didn’t have an invitation. OK, understood, but what the hell do I have to do??? I went to the FNAC to look if there was somebody who looked like YOSHIKI staff but nothing… I asked another security man and he asked if I speak French “rien de rien?” no sorry… He told me to ask another guy, then the looked like “oops English”, he sent me to another guy, and that guy told me there were no more invitations. I told him I had been told there were still 2 and he told me to go “in the back to the left”. So I went there and that was the PC section! So I looked in the left side of all the FNAC and saw a desk with that screen with the DVD cover. OK so I had to see that screen which is in every single corner of the FNAC and think “oh, it’s here, for sure!” xD wtf!! And there was nobody there!!! I waited and waited… it was already 20:30 and I still didn’t have an invitation… I was hungry, sleepy, tired, sweating like a pig and nervous as hell! xD Then a guy appeared and I waited for my turn and he gave me the damned invitation!!!!!
I went to the line again and put the invitation in the face of the security man (xD) and he looked at me and said “wohooooo where did you get it? :D” and I told him “wohoooo I had paid in the wrong place!!!! 8D”

Signing session
So I waited more and the signing session started at 21:00…. Then I was almost there… I was thinking: I won’t be shy and I’ll tell him something, yes I’ll ask him if they will play Tears because it’s my favourite song and I have always wanted to see him and ToshI playing it. It was perfect in my head. Then I thought, “but my pronunciation is the worst, he won’t understand and I’ll have to repeat and he won’t understand again and I’ll feel stupid and the security men will tell me to go out and everyone will be looking at me and asjdkjabdfkb” (This is what happened in the MONORAL signing session… xD) “Now way no way it’s not going to happen this time” Then a security man told me no photo, no video, just 1 autograph per person, and it didn’t have to be the DVD, so I picked the DAHLIA album because it had already been autographed by Pata.
And then it was my turn, YOSHIKI was right in front of me, I gave him the booklet of the CD, and a paper fell off the booklet, and a security man came to pick it up and give it to me, and I became nervous, I was hungry, I was tired, I was sleepy, so many security men, so many people taking photos, YOSHIKI looking at me with that glasses… I wanted to run away! Then I shook hands with him and greeted him, he signed the booklet but he didn’t gave it back to me. I felt he was looking at me like “aren’t you going to say something?” He had my booklet and was just looking at me then I thought “I have to say something now” but nothing came out of my mouth. It was strange and an awkward moment… Then I took the booklet of his hands said thanks and goodbye and ran away…
Then I thought shit shit shit the same happened again! So sad… I’m sure he thought I was stupid or something… xDDDD Maybe it was just some seconds but to me it was ages!!!! But I don’t care!! He has already forgot about it right now lol Arg I like to have autographs and to see my “idols” but I hate the way they do it, so many people…. stress!!! And I never know what to say!!! In the MONORAL signing session I said to Anis “I love your voice” what the hell is that?! xD But meh I have the autograph 3 years latter!! HAPPY!
After that I went with the other people and tried to get a good spot to take pictures… it was difficult with so many people, with a reflex, and this security man in the middle ruining every pic…And I actually didn’t know if it was permitted to take pictures…
Then he stood up, greeted to the people, signed the big picture and left, followed by everybody until he left in a car.
I tried to take pics fo that. Then I came back to the FNAC to take more pictures. Then I didn’t know what to do. I was tired and hungry, so I went to the metro.
Then I saw I was in the wrong direction, and there was no way to go to the other side so I had to leave the metro station and enter again…
I went to Gare du Nord and walked to the hostel, looking for something to eat. It was almost 23:00 and there was strange people in the streets…. like 5 or 6 strange guys talked to me some of them even followed me… ewww… I was scared and went to Mc Donald’s ordered something to take away and went straight to the hostel xD The hostel at night looked like a haunted mansion… everything dark, there were spiral stairs? and strange noises while you walked… you could hear everything… I went to bed but I couldn’t sleep… there was that stupid bunch of guys making noise!! Don’t know if they were having fun in their room or knocking at my door or wtf… But I didn’t sleep at all…
